Residents of Ringwood are eligible to participate in our programs providing proof of age and grade requirements are met where specified.  Non-residents will be able to register providing there is space available for specified programs only.  Non-residential rates will apply as noted for the specific program.

 

Registration

 

All programs require registration either in-person or online.  Registration dates are stated boldly for each program.  Registrations will not be accepted by coordinators.

 

Wait list

 

In the event your desired program fills, be sure to have your name added to the wait list.  This enables us to fill vacancies left by withdrawals and to document interest and meet greater demand.  If the limit has been reached either online or in-person, the registrant will be placed on a wait list.

 

  

Payment policies

 

In-person registration:  Full payment must accompany the registration form.  Payment can be made by check,  exact cash, or credit card.  Checks must be made payable to Ringwood Recreation. 

 

Online registration:  Full payment is required and paid by credit card only.

 

Late Registration fees

 

Any Ringwood resident who registers after the close of registration will be assessed a $30 late fee for the program.

 

Refunds/Cancellations

 

There are NO refunds once the program begins.  Ringwood Recreation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs.
